Kathrin Krause-Harder
Global Leadership, Team Development, Communication and Cultural Diversity
I am a professional corporate coach, intercultural trainer and lecturer for an MBA program on "Intercultural Psychology".
Helping people in different roles, responsibilities and life stages to develop their full potential, raising awareness to overcome (subconscious) biases, and helping to increase intercultural sensitivity in a global environment is what I am really passionate about.
Before I committed myself entirely to coaching and intercultural training, I was working in the television news industry for 15 years. Working under pressure, appreciating the value of successful teamwork and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds became deeply ingrained in my work during those years. It taught me to actively listen to what people have to say and to understand that you evaluate situations differently when you learn to look at them from a different angle. This along with my curiosity to better understand what triggers certain behaviours and beliefs eventually led to what I enjoy doing now: Working with people to unleash their potential and to help them gain new insights to take control of their professional lives.
Born and raised in Germany, I have spent the last three decades living and working in six different countries on three continents. This includes my home country Germany, Italy, UK, the continental US, Japan and Singapore, which I call home since 2008. With my experience and professional knowledge I will help you manage the complexity of today’s business world, especially in a cultural diverse environment.
