Leadership Coaching
A leadership role can be rather lonely and open discussions with internal partners are not always possible. A trained external partner with a different perspective who can listen, challenge and support, will help to create clarity in an area of blind spots or uncertainties.
These one-on-one executive coaching sessions provide successful leaders with the ideal set-up to identify and leverage their strengths, to look into areas for improvement and thereby enhance their leadership effectiveness.
Intercultural Coaching
In today’s interconnected world many of us work with different cultures and nationalities. As a result, we therefore need to be aware and prepared to deal with different behaviours, point of perspectives and expectations. We also need to understand how we are influenced by our own culture and how we are perceived by others to increase our intercultural competence and to be awarded with the benefits of diversity.
Communication
People communicate differently, no matter if within the same culture or intercultural and people perceive communication differently. A better understanding of your counterpart’s communication style and an awareness of your own communication patterns can lead to the avoidance of miscommunication and misunderstanding.
Expat-Coaching
An assignment to a foreign country can be a huge challenge for individuals as well es entire families. There are so many new adventures, unfamiliar procedures, intercultural challenges and everyday learnings to be made, that it can become overwhelming at times.
Gone through this demanding period multiple times myself, as a coach I can assist you (and accompanying family members) before, during and after an assignment.
Coaching Process
1. We have an initial conversation, a so called “chemistry check”, to see if I can be of any assistance for your specific needs and if I am the coach you could see yourself working with. Please feel free to schedule your free 15-30 minutes
Zoom-meeting here.
2. If you are a sponsor looking for a coach for your employee, we would set up a chemistry check for the employee, followed by a triangle meeting to discuss objectives, expectations and goals. At this early stage, it is crucial to manage different expectations accordingly and to make sure everybody is on the same page when we start the coaching journey.
3. Our next step is to conclude a coaching agreement based on the previous discussions and agreements and the actual coaching program can start.
As every client is different, your specific needs and objectives will determine which methods or tools we use, how many sessions we plan, as well as their frequency.
For all coaching programs, there will be a final review at the end of the program to see if all objectives have been accomplished and if further development might be necessary / appropriate.
